To Our Valued Customer,

During this unprecedented time with concern for preventing the transfer of germs and keeping your properties and businesses clean, which is now more important than ever. Service 1st wants to be a valued partner. 

We want you to know that we are trying to help with keeping your outside areas clean of germs by using extremely high heat water and chemicals on your sidewalks, dumpster pads, and entryways of your properties! If we are cleaning your windows, we are using soap to help remove germs from the surface of your entrance doors, windows, trim and door handles.

We are monitoring updates from the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) and the World Health Organization (WHO) in response to the public health situation related to coronavirus (COVID-19). We exist to serve our communities' homes and business owners and we are still working hard. Keeping homes and businesses clean is more important now than ever.

We are taking care of our teams and increasing our preventative measures by encouraging our team to:

- Wash their hands often with soap and water for at least 20 seconds

- Use a hand sanitizer that contains at least 60% alcohol if soap and water are not readily available

- Avoid touching their eyes, nose, and mouth with unwashed hands

- Avoid close contact with people who are sick

- Put distance between themselves and other people

- Stay home if feeling sick

- Clean and disinfect window cleaning equipment
